A credit card will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service.




If you no call/no show to your appointment,
you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. 

Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you cancel
within 48 hours or do not show up to your scheduled appointment time.




A consultation is required to book an initial extension install appointment. The hair must be paid for in full at the time of the consultation, prior to booking the install appointment.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY APPOINTMENT?





You will be greeted & offered refreshments followed by a detailed consultation to discuss your hair goals, any hair related issues you are experiencing & make sure all services align with your lifestyle & budget. During your hair service, you can bring your laptop to get work done, we can chat & get to know each other or you can even have a silent appointment, if requested. We'll finish up with some product knowledge & styling tips to ensure you can reach your hair goals at home. Then, before leaving with your new client goodie bag, we can get you scheduled for your next visit! I can’t wait to meet you and bring your hair dreams to life!

Please note: The street name is 71st WAY, not 71st place. Sometimes the GPS will take you around to the back of the building on 71st Place. If this happens, you can drive or walk to the front of the building where you will see the VOLT sign on both the building & the door.

DO YOU ACCEPT CLIENTS IN ARIZONA AND NEW JERSEY?





Yes, I accept clients in both Arizona and New Jersey! While I primarily work in Arizona, I travel back to New Jersey a few times a year to do hair.

 All booking links are for AZ ONLY.

Being that my New Jersey availability is extremely limited- I only accept appointments via instagram direct message or through text. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
